Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force JoAnne S. Bass was like many young airmen when she enlisted in 1993, with the intent to serve a quick four years and find her path in life. Now, 28 years later, she shares tips she wishes she knew in the beginning of her career, and finds motivation in seeing her reflection in the airmen she meets across the force.
