The Coast Guard Pacific Strike Team teamed up with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and contractors to remove household hazardous waste from communities affected by wildfires in California, December 10, 2020. In total, the Coast Guard Pacific Strike Team and EPA Region 9 oversaw the successful clearing of household hazardous waste at over 2,600 properties across the state.
