New York Army National Guard Soldiers from the 1-69th “Fighting 69th” Infantry Battalion HHC conduct a timed, six-mile ruck march along the FDR Drive (East River) in Manhattan during the early morning hours on 16 May 2021. Approximately 30 soldiers from the Battalion participated in the Ruck march event, which were previous suspended since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
