The 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command has several teams deployed throughout the nation supporting federal vaccination efforts. These teams are responsible for providing multi-component logistical support to military medical service providers assisting at state-run Community Vaccination Centers (CVC).
1st Lt. Earnisa Brent is the Officer in Charge (OIC) of Forward Assessment Sustainment Team 7, also known as “FAST 7 - St. Louis.” Teamed with two Soldiers from the 1st Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade, based at Fort Riley, Kansas, they are supporting Navy medical service providers at the Dome at America’s Center CVC in St. Louis, MO.
1st Lt. Brent is a native of San Antonio, Texas, and a Prairie View A&M University graduate. She received her commission through the Prairie View A&M Army ROTC program.
1st Lt. Maryna Williams deployed to Oregon as the FAST 27 lead, where she helped establish the Medford, Oregon CVC operations. She was deployed to Memphis to assist with the CVC mission there. With the help of Staff Sgt. Corey Jackson and Staff Sgt. Joseph Gomez 1st Lt. Williams supports Marine and Naval personnel assisting at the state-run CVC at the Pipkin Building near the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee.
1st Lt. Williams is from Milpitas, California. She graduated from the University of Hawaii and received her commission through Army Officer Candidate Schools (OCS).
