Air National Guard members from the 270th Air Traffic Control Squadron trained with a mobile air traffic control system (ATCS) designed to operate in a degraded environment like the one simulated during PATRIOT 21 at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 14-17, 2021. PATRIOT 21 is a training exercise simulating an earthquake, and is designed for civilian emergency management and responders to work with military entities in the same manner that they would during disasters.
