Civilians and Soldiers construct a living and dining facility for Operation Allies Refuge at Fort Bliss’ Dona Ana Housing Area in New Mexico, 24 August 2021. The Department of Defense, through U.S. Northern Command and in support of the Department of State, is providing transportation, temporary housing, medical screening, and general support for Operation Allies Refuge.
