U.S. Marines and Sailors conduct Landing Craft, Air Cushioned (LCAC) operations aboard the Wasp-Class Amphibious Assault Ship USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) during Large-Scale Exercise (LSE) 2021. OS-1 Jacobson explains that during LSE 2021, the LCAC's were used for ship to shore movements as "a fast method to get troops and cargo onto the beach." LSE 2021 merges live and synthetic training capabilities to create an intense, robust training environment. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Staff Sgt. Shaemus Sawyer, Staff Sgt. Brittney Vella, Cpl.
