Members of the Oklahoma National Guard departed for Louisiana, Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021, in support of Hurricane Ida relief efforts. The task force, currently consisting of approximately 200 Soldiers and Airmen, is expected to assist in general support operations, including distribution of supplies, route debris clearance, security, and levee reinforcement.
