Educators from the Los Angeles, Portland, Sacramento and Seattle areas spend a week in San Diego, California, learning and experiencing what the Marine Corps is and the purpose it serves during the Western Recruiting Region and 12th Marine Corps District Educator's Workshop at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, July 27-30, 2021. The Educator's Workshop is a five-day program designed to better inform educators and influential figures about the benefits and opportunities available during service in the Marine Corps. This allows participants to return home and provide firsthand experience and knowledge to individuals interested in military service. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Christian Cachola)
