New Generator Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Salvadoran Civil Military Cooperation (CIMIC) unit performs the inaugural startup of a generator that runs pumps to treat the water for the people of Al Hillah. There is a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a celebration for the completion of the project.
