Coast Guard Sector Anchorage Marine Safety Task Force teams tackle another busy summer surge season in 2021. Planners from Sector Anchorage and Alaska Army National Guard Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 641st Aviation Regiment, formed a partnership in 2021 providing Coast Guard MSTF members with transportation to communities of Western Alaska and the Arctic for marine safety and environmental protection missions.
