U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Tyler Wright serves as a Basic Leader Course Instructor for the US Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy Hawaii. Our Academy trains Soldiers from throughout The U.S. Army Hawaii's footprint.
The purpose of the B.L.C. Facilitator/Instructor is to educate the Army's Specialists to become the next Junior Leaders in the organization. The purpose of the Facilitator Spotlight is to bring awareness to those efforts made by our Noncommissioned Officers. Many Instructors sacrifice a great amount of time and effort to ensure the Soldiers receive an adequate and proper education from the Academy.
