U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Tyler Wrights works at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy Hawaii as a Basic Leader Course Instructor. The Academy educates Soldiers across the U.S. Army Hawaii's footprint, instilling them with the leadership skills necessary to lead a team of Soldiers.
The purpose of the Facilitator Spotlight is to bring awareness to the efforts and sacrifices made by the Noncommissioned Officer, in that position, to ensure the Soldier attending the course leaves with a proper understanding of what it means to be a Leader.
