MILLINGTON, Tenn. (May 15, 2021) - His family fled the Khmer Rouge and he was born in a refugee camp in Thailand. Now he's a doctor in the U.S. Navy.
Meet Lt. Cmdr. Vi Song Tring, Director for Executive Medicine, Naval Medical Center San Diego. Tring started his naval journey as a surface warfare officer after being commissioned out of Norwich University, but always strived to be a doctor.
