U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Brandon Stubbs works at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy Hawaii as a Basic Leader Course Instructor. The Academy educates Soldiers across the U.S. Army Hawaii's footprint, providing them with necessary leadership skills so they are capable of leading their own teams.
The purpose of the Facilitator Spotlight is to bring awareness to the efforts and sacrifices made by the Noncommissioned Officer, in that position, to ensure each Soldier attending the course leaves with a proper understanding of what it means to be a Leader.
