U.S. Navy sailor Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Nicholas Sandoval, U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. MarquezBurke and Cpl. Quinton Marshall, all assigned to 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, saved the life of a fellow Marine who was locked in his room seizing while aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Nov. 4, 2021. MarquezBurke broke the window, Marshall crawled through the opening to unlock the door and Sandoval administered life-saving care. All three were awarded an impact Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal later that day. Thanks to their instinct and training, the Marine is safe and alive today.
