After six years of diligent analysis, Laboratory scientists with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) - Offutt Laboratory, bring the USS Oklahoma Project to an end. The project was DPAA’s effort to identify remains belonging to the Sailors and Marines who perished during the attacks on Pearl Harbor that occurred on Dec. 7, 1941. DPAA's mission is to achieve the fullest possible accounting for missing and unaccounted-for U.S. personnel to their families and our nation. (U.S. Army video by Sgt. Edward Randolph)
