U.S. Marine Corps Col. Chris Rodatz (retired), platoon commander, Company D, 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division awards Lance Cpl. Karl A. Tober (former Marine) during an award ceremony held for Tober and Pfc. Robert McNally (former Marine), infantrymen with Company D, at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, Triangle, Virginia, Nov. 30, 2021.
