211129-N-HS181-1001 PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 29, 2021) Two MH-60R Sea Hawks, assigned to the “Blue Hawks” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 78, fly over Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) while conducting a change of command ceremony where Cmdr. Jeremiah Ragadio was relieved by Cmdr. Justin Eckhoff as commanding officer, Nov. 29, 2021. Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability through alliances and partnerships while serving as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
