U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Detroit helicopter crew members hoist an unresponsive female from a vehicle submerged in the waters of the Niagara River, New York, December 8, 2021. New York State Park Police requested agency assistance after a report of a vehicle in the river at the brink of the falls. Petty Officer 2nd Class Derrian Duryea, an aviation survival technician, deployed from an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter and retrieved the female in the vehicle.
