Air Force Maj. Gen. John M. Breazeale presents the Airman's Medal at a ceremony held for recipient Master Sgt. Kenneth McMillen, 301st Fighter Wing Logistics Readiness Squadron, Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, Dec. 5, 2021. The Airman’s Medal is the Air Force’s highest non-combat award for Airmen who distinguish themselves by a heroic act. McMillen displayed exemplary courage and heroism when he was willing to risk his life to save the life a woman caught in a house fire.
