The Leader Daily Safety Brief is a 15-minute meeting of facility senior leaders. Participants meet each morning to review events from the past 24 hours and make projections for the next 24 hours.
The Brief focuses on patient and staff safety and quality of care. The goal is to develop a shared situational awareness, provide early identification and resolution of problems, and risk mitigation to improve the reliability of care and promote a culture of safety and workforce wellbeing.
