The Ohio Army National Guard’s Sgt. Edward S. Doan Armory is rededicated March 11, 2022, in Portsmouth, Ohio, following two years of extensive renovations. The $1.8-million renovation of the facility began in May 2019 and was completed September 2021, and is the first of 20 OHARNG facilities that will be upgraded through 2028.
