Heather Guerrero, the regional sexual assault prevention and response coordinator for Marine Corps Installations West, explains the mission of the SAPR program on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 5, 2022. The SAPR program on Camp Pendleton is focused on addressing the needs of military members and their families who have been victims of sexual assault and provide relevant training on a regular basis to Marines and sailors across the base. The SAPR office is located in the Marine and Family Program Headquarters building of the 13 Area on Camp Pendleton. There is never a wrong time to report a crime such as sexual assault, it is the job of every member aboard the base to speak up for survivors and speak out against sexual assault.
