The Soldiers representing 2nd Brigade Combat Team “Strike”, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), won the XVIII Airborne Corps Best Squad Competition, held at Fort Stewart, Ga. The squad competed against four other teams from across the XVIII Airborne Corps. The three-day competition showcased the tasks and skills needed to be a lethal and resilient squad, while also enduring the harsh Georgia heat and humidity. The squad will move on to the next phase of the best squad competition at Fort Hood, Tx.
