The United Nations Command (UNC), formed July 7, 1950, celebrates their 72 birthday since its inception on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, July 7, 2022. The UNC was formed after the United Nations recognized North Korean aggression towards South Korea, and works to ensure stability in the region.
