Soldiers assigned to the 374th Engineer Company, 397th Engineer Battalion, 301st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, 416th Theater Engineer Command, out of Concord, California, make preparations during their rotation at the Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, Louisiana, Sept. 2, 2022. The force-on-force portion of this exercise runs from Sept. 8-22, 2022. These types of exercises are important to prepare Soldiers for future conflicts that could come up at a moment's notice.
