Brig. Gen. Clinton K. Murray, the Commander of Medical Readiness Command, Europe (MRC-EUR) talks about the recent re-designation of Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) and its new mission focus on readiness. Regional Health Command Europe was re-designated as MRC-EUR during a ceremony held near Landstuhl Regional Medical Center on Friday Sept. 30. RHCE was among the four Army Regional Medical Commands stationed across the globe to undergo the transition. In his other duties, Brig. Gen. Murray is also the Command Surgeon for U.S. Army Europe and Africa.
