Runners taking part in this year’s 47th Marine Corps Marathon participate in a feature story video showcasing the Marine Corps Marathon and its unique participants. The Marine Corps Marathon known as the people’s marathon is held in Arlington, Virginia and Washington D.C. Michael Wardian, from Arlington, Virginia, is a professional runner, multiple world record holder, and returning MCM 50k champion. The purpose of showcasing Mr. Wardians' story is to display the true meaning of the given name “the peoples marathon, “by displaying the diversity and uniqueness of the participants in the Marine Corps Marathon.
