AFLCMC's Chief Historian, Kevin Rusnak, describes how AFRL’s predecessors improved technology and techniques for aerial photography. By adapting commercial photography equipment and inventing new components to successfully operate in these environments, AFRL predecessor tech proved highly useful in warfare.
