United States Army NATO Brigade held a Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter Competition October 25-26 in Sembach Germany.
The two competitors were Staff Sgt. Julia Dittman, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe and Sgt. Tanner Fulk, 2nd NATO Signal Battalion.
The competition consisted of a physical fitness test, a written essay, appearance before a board of senior noncommissioned officers and tests of various soldier skills including land navigation, equipment maintenance and communication.
