The Center for Army Profession Annual Survey of Army Leadership (CASAL) will run from October 24 through November 24, 2022. CASAL is administered to a randomly selected sample of Army personnel, drawn from the current database of all Regular Army, US Army Reserve, Army National Guard, and Army Civilian personnel. Army Reserve Leadership encourages Soldiers to provide valuable insight on their leadership and command climate experiences. The results are anonymous and will be used for future Army Planning.
