VIRTUAL 247th Marine Corps Birthday Cake Cutting Ceremony honoring US Marines serving in the DON Secretariat. It is customary during Marine Corps birthday celebrations to cut a traditional cake in celebration of the birth of our Corps. The Honorable Carlos Del Toro, Secretary of the Navy, hosts the ceremony. Special guest Lieutenant General James Laster, President & CEO of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, joins the oldest Marine present Colonel Kelvin Gallman, Senior Military Advisor to the Secretary of the Navy, and youngest Marine present Corporal Kenny Dos, SecNav Admin.
