A Department of the Army Centralized Selection Board is a process that requires senior leaders to assess and recommend candidates for selection or promotion. This briefing will provide information on the processes for Active and Reserve component officers and warrant officers. Army personnel can find more information on the selection process by logging on to the Human Resource Command portal. This training update replaces a previous version dated 2017.
