Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop 2.0 is an event hosted by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) in conjunction with Fort Bragg and partner nations’ airborne organizations to increase joint-airborne interoperability and conduct community outreach.
