U.S. Air Force Outside the Wire pre-deployment training students learn and execute high threat driving skills at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, Feb. 1, 2023. This training prepares students to quickly escape high risk scenarios they may encounter while deployed. OTW places students in realistic and strenuous training scenarios used to teach skills such as weapons control, combative techniques, communications, mounted and dismounted movements and land navigation.
