Future Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A) students with the United States Army Reserve attend a new two-day orientation for the distance-learning, non-resident course at Fort Snelling, Minn., March 12, 2023. Prospective students were able to learn from, ask questions, and engage with representatives from the Senior Leader Development Office, SGM-A instructors, and fellow SGM-A students. The orientation aimed to prepare Soldiers for future success in the course.
