Students simulate life-saving combat scenarios during a field training exercise for a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course hosted by Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth onboard Naval Support Activity (NSA) Portsmouth-Annex, March 10, 2023. TCCC, an evidence based course, provides life saving techniques and strategies for Department of Defense first responders that is required for U.S. Navy medical forces in order to maintain deployment readiness. NMRTC Portsmouth is the premier training platform providing superior medical care for warfighters and their families.
