Nine Soldiers from across the Nation traveled to Fort McCoy, Wis., to compete in the 2023 Army Reserve Medical Command Best Warrior Competition from Mar. 29-April 2, 2022. The BWC is an annual competition that brings together the best Soldiers from across the Army Reserve Medical Command to earn the title of “Best Warrior” among their peers. Competitors are evaluated on their individual ability to adapt to and overcome challenging scenarios and battle-focused events that test their technical and tactical abilities under stress and extreme fatigue. Winners from this competition will go on to compete in the Army Reserve-level competition later this year. (U.S. Army video production by Sgt. Nick Vidro, Staff Sgt.
