Coast Guard personnel, along with members employed by Tall Ships America, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and foreign partners, transfer supplies aboard a moored USCGC Eagle (WIX 327), April 8, 2023, in New London, Connecticut. Eagle conducted a four-month summer deployment, sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, to teach practical seamanship skills to the future leaders of the service, foreign military personnel as well as mariners from Tall Ships America and officer candidates from NOAA Corps.
