Outgoing commander, Col. Wade Germann, relinquished command of the 210 Field Artillery Brigade to incoming commander Col. Brendan Toolan at a magnificent ceremony at the Indianhead Parade Field on Camp Casey, South Korea 19 April 2023.
2nd Infantry Division ROK/US Combined Division commander Maj. Gen. David Lesperance and Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Franco presented Col. Germann with the Legion of Merit for his outstanding leadership and performance during his tenure as commander of the "Thunder" Brigade.
