San Juan, Puerto Rico, April 17, 2023- Puerto Rico received a much-needed boost in reconstruction efforts after Hurricane Maria, thanks to FEMA's allocation of $30 billion towards over 10,600 projects. These projects will cover a range of essential services, including the repair and development of roads, parks, hospitals, educational institutions, water infrastructure, and electric power systems. This aid is aimed at ensuring the island's vital social and essential facilities can be fully restored and operational once again.FEMA/Eduardo Martínez
