Medical Readiness Command, East host a three-day readiness exercise called Operation Eastern Phoenix that will be held simultaneously at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Fort Gordon, Georgia, and Fort Stewart, Georgia. Day 1 of Operation Eastern Phoenix consisted of receiving patients from a CJ27 aircraft to give triage and care to determine where the patients will be going for the level of care needed at Bush Airfield in Augusta, Ga on April 25 2023.
