U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys first responders access and respond to a motorcycle and sedan traffic accident on 15th Street and Tropic Lightning Avenue during Law Enforcement Augmented Patrol (LEAP) training on USAG Humphreys, 26 April. LEAP training is part of a larger Integrated Protection Exercise hosted by the Directorate of Emergency Services and Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security on USAG Humphreys, 25-26 April.
