LTC Pearl Christensen, the 601st Aviation Support Battalion Commander, and CPT Olivia Lynch, the Bravo 3-1 Company Commander, organized an all Female Flight Crew to celebrate International Women's History Day March 8, 2023. The flight consisted of all female Pilots and flight crews that were spread across three Blackhawk helicopters, two Apache's, and one Chinook. Lynch planned the flight to the Amelia Earheart Museum and was the Pilot in command for one of the Blackhawks. Christensen was the pilot in command for the Chinook.
