David Cochran, Assistant Adjutant General-Air, West Virginia Air National Guard, presented the Air and Space Outstanding Unit Award to the men and women of the 130th Airlift Wing at a ceremony at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston W.Va., May 6, 2023. It is awarded by the Secretary of the Air Force to numbered units that have distinguished themselves by exceptionally meritorious service or outstanding achievement that clearly sets the unit above and apart from similar units.
