Teams from the 302nd Airlift wing load a Modular Airborne Firefighting System unit onto a C-130H aircraft May 4, 2023, at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. The MAFFS unit enables the 302 AW to respond to wildfires by creating fire retardant containment lines in support of ground firefighting efforts.
