Tactical air control party (TACP) Airmen from the 165th Air Support Operations Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, conduct airfield clearing operations and provided landing zone and drop zone control for C-130 Hercules aircraft from the 165th Airlift Wing and C-17 Globemaster III aircraft assigned to the North Carolina Air National Guard May 9, 2023 while simultaneously pushing long-range communications to command and control located at the Combat Readiness Training Center in Savannah, Georgia.
