The 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division held a change of command ceremony at Robertson Parade Field on Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, May 16. The ceremony was held to bid farewell to Maj. Gen. David A. Lesperance, the outgoing commanding general, and to welcome Maj. Gen. William “Hank” D. Taylor as the division’s new commanding general.
