This video outlines the success of the Air National Guard’s citizen airmen in the first large-scale integration of the MQ-9 Platform into Philippine Airspace during Exercise Balikatan 2023. The 163d Attack Wing in California, in conjunction with the 118th Wing in Tennessee, led the way as part of the first large-scale integration of an unmanned platform into Philippine Air Space. They worked shoulder to shoulder with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to provide Intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, maritime domain awareness and simulated offensive air support for the exercise.
